Go James Go! Shelly and I are both excited to watch James finish his first Triathlon. I am delighted for him to start seeing all the enthusiasm we share in all of the disciplines of the sport. I hope he doesn't become to overwhelmed with all that we "tri geeks" feel the need to have to participate in our races! We can certainly get caught up in all the gadgets that we want to! I know that with Jame's mental and physical discipline from his Ultra running that triathlon training and racing will be a piece of cake for him!

Zetta....you're so humble. I knew you were hard core. I asked you last week about swimming and you said "Oh, I'm nothing."
So, then James sends me this blog; and there you are again - a coach.
James and I play in the Mid-Texas Symphony together and we both love running. We actually first knew each other when I was a frosh at UT. (I don't know if he was a TA or a professional student.)
So then he identifies you as one of his coaches. I knew there weren't two Zetta Youngs out there, but just to make sure, I called Regina. She confirmed your identity and exposed you (again) as the most incredible tri-athlete around.
DAVID! Might I remind you that I am the cheerleader! Shelly is the plan maker and Susan Ingram of Masters of South Texas will be helping James with his stroke. Please come join us in the pool and after you qualify for Boston.. On the bike of course! I cannot wait to see you finish your first triathlon also!
Well written article.
